Requirements for Application:
1. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
2. Provide a copy of a valid form of identification
3. proof of income: last 2 pay stubs or if self-employed current bank statement and last years 1099
4. 3 Years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references
